Our Team

Shaun Radley - shaun@mtcx.org
Executive Director
Shaun is an enthusiastic skier and cyclist. His contagious passion fuels his home life and business, and is the foundation for the success of MTCX and its events. Shaun was born in Redmond, WA and grew up learning to ski and bike in the Cascade Mountains. Later he attended the University of Montana and was a founding member of the Cycling Team. His passion for teams and outdoor recreation grew and he earned his undergrad in Recreation Management. He’s worked for Adventure Cycling Association, American Prairie Foundation and The Cycling House. Now he’s our full time Executive Director.

Abby Wiggin - abby@mtcx.org
Program & Events Manager
Abby was born and raised in Woodstock , Vermont. After attending the University of Vermont and working for a rock and roll band, she needed something different and moved west. “Missoula,” she said, “it sounds nice.” Almost 20 years later she is still here, with two kids and a dog, she misses Vermont but can’t get enough of long walks in the Rattlesnake, fresh nordic track at Pattee Canyon, and begging her kids for just one more ride or ski. Abby is the director of ZANY, through the Missoula Nordic club, loves winter and snow and very hot coffee, and never met a cookie she didn’t like.
